The addendums are as below.

• Format:

  • The tournament will consist of 10 teams, arbitrarily split into two pools of 5 teams each.

  • Teams will be seeded based on a Captain's Meet lottery.

  • The top 2 teams from each pool, play IPL-style playoffs.

• Pool Stage:

  • Each team will play one match against every other team in its Pool (round‑robin format).

  • Each team’s innings will consist of 10 overs in the league stage matches.

  • Teams will be ranked based on their results and Net Run Rate (NRR calculated as per CricHeroes).

  • Points and Standings: Win: 2 points, Tie/No Result: 1 point, Loss: 0 points.

• Knockout Stage (Playoffs):

  • The top two teams from each pool will qualify for the Playoffs.

  • Teams that finish at the first position in each pool play the Qualifier 1. The winner of the Qualifier 1 game qualifies for the Finals. The losing team plays in Qualifier 2 as another chance to reach the finals.

  • Teams that finish at the second position in each pool play the Eliminator in the playoffs. The winner of the Eliminator game qualifies for Qualifier 2 while the losing team is knocked out of the competition.

  • The winner of Qualifier 1 plays the winner of Qualifier 2 in the Finals.

• Venue:

  • Primary venue: IHZ ground, Near PwC Building, Düsseldorf. (https://g.co/kgs/dX4P6KF)

  • Backup venue: Volksgarten ground, Düsseldorf (**under unavoidable circumstances**). (https://maps.app.goo.gl/odjUGUfqQZAWTDxh8)

• Team Composition:

  • Each team shall submit a maximum of 15 registered players before the tournament commences (June 13, 20:00 CET). Final playing XI to be selected from the registered squad.

  • No player can represent more than one team in the tournament.

  • Any unregistered player playing in the tournament, and objected by any team will be tackled by the Organizing Committee who will have the final decision.

• Match Duration:

  • Pool Stage: Each innings must be completed in 50 minutes.

  • Knockout Stage: Each innings must be completed in 55 minutes.

  • Innings break is 10 minutes.

  • Total match duration in pool stage and knockout stages will be 110 minutes and 115 minutes respectively.

• Power Play:

  • Overs 1–3 constitute the mandatory Power Play, per innings for all 10 over matches.

  • Field Restrictions: Maximum of two (2) fielders permitted outside the 30-yard inner‑circle during Power Play overs.

• Super Over Rules:

  • In case of a tie, a Super Over will be played.

  • The team batting second in the match will bat first in the Super Over.

  • 3 batsmen and 1 bowler from each team will participate.

  • If the Super Over is also tied, additional Super Overs will be played until a winner is determined.

• Pitch Length:

  • The pitch length will be 'approximately' 21 yards.
